Poor Miss Misty

Last night, I had gone out to fill the girls' second water trough and noticed Misty rubbing her left eye on it. I told her to "quit it". When I returned to turn the water off and throw another flake of hay, her eye was swollen and goopy, so I grabbed a halter and hollered up to Steve to come down with the Bananmine and Neomycin eye drops and he did. I worked on clearing her eye and it ended up being about an inch and a half long thin blade of grass. Gave her the drops and a dose of Banamine. Although there were dry crusties this morning, her eye was clear and the swelling had gone done.
