I've tried to follow the Arabian horse abuse case by the Trexler family since some of the horses found were hidden in a barn at the end of my road. (I never saw the horses -- they usually had one chestnut gelding in fair but not robust shape who was very friendly and was kept in the pasture. I didn't even know they used their barn, which from the street is a cute little traditional barn. So much for me being a nosy neighbor or even an aware one.)
