One day there was a horse tied by a sturdy but worn rope to a post in the middle of a fenced off field. Little pink and white flowers dotted the field and a few bees buzzed above them, minding their own business. The sky was a bright blue with a few puffy white clouds and a light breeze blew through the field, ruffling the grass and scattering the bees. But the young mare did not look very happy.
