The sun shone brightly on the meadow where the horse herd grazed. The small little foal raised her head. Her grey coat sparkled with health and her black mane blew in the breeze. Her mother, a black mare, was grazing near by. The filly’s name was Mirar Estrella, Gazing Stars, and she lived in the Mesteño herd, which was led by Renegade, the fierce stallion.
