I decided to make a second part to this, since a lot of girls were interested in my first one. These are some really good stretches for before and after riding. I really hope these help all of you!

TOE REACHES #1 stretch your calves (I am pretty sure..), and feel really good. Stand up and reach for your toes, without bending your knees. Go as far as you can, and don’t try to reach all the way down if it hurts too much. Like I said before, stretching isn’t supposed to be painful.
